Guarantees
A 50% deposit is required for any cancellations with less than 24 hour notice. For groups we ask for a 50% deposit to hold a reservation for more than 20 guests. The balance is due before your departure on the tour. For groups of this size, cancellation policies will vary slightly according to the time of season you will be booking your tour and the size of group, normally it is 72 hours. Holidays and Saturdays are our busiest times. It is
VERY important that guests arrive at least 30 min. prior to tour time to keep with our busy schedule.

Responsibilities
We do everything possible to assure a safe trip. Because of the nature of outdoor adventure activities, participation is at your own risk. A signed waiver by all participants is required. For minors a parent must be present to sign or have arrangements to sign prior to the trip. For all snowmobile tours a guarantee for damages must also be taken care of. For individuals we do this prior to the trip by getting a signed credit card imprint. With groups, it is nice to get all this paperwork out of the way prior to tour date. We can handle both the release and damage guarantee by mail or arrange to meet with your group at a preset time.

What to Wear
For your comfort we advise you to dress in layers. Ski wear and after ski boots are perfect, but jeans and long johns will work too. If needed, snowsuits, boots and helmets are available at no extra cost. Please bring your own hat and goggles (unless wearing a helmet on a snowmobile), gloves and sunglasses. And of course, don't forget your camera!

Guide
Tours are all guided by our professional staff of outstanding people with various backgrounds. We pride ourselves on having the best guides in the business, each of whom is vitally concerned with the safety and the 'Good Times" enjoyed by our guests. All guides are fully trained in First Aid, CPR, guest relations and equipment expertise. In addition, they are personable, friendly and love what they do. Please keep in mind that guides primarily are compensated through gratuities.

Transportation
We offer pick up in Breckenridge only. Our pick-up times at all locations are approximately one hour before selected tour time. We are proud to furnish our customers with the newest and cleanest vans available. Please call for more information on available transportation options.

Reservations
Reservations are highly recommended. We have installed a new system that makes the reservation process easier and quicker for all involved. Our friendly staff will inform you of all options and gladly answer any questions you may have. You will also receive a confirmation number to use on your arrival or to make any necessary changes in plans. For guests needing transportation we can inform you exactly where to go and when to arrive. Our staff will also be able to give directions to our location from anywhere in the area for those wishing to drive themselves.
